Job summary

Christian Children's Home of Ohio is seeking a School-Based Therapist (PT/FT) to partner with school officials in delivering mental health and case management services to students and families at assigned schools.

This position starts as Part-Time, with potential to transition to Full-Time, offering benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Experience with students and families is strongly preferred, and licensure requirements include LSW or LPC with independent licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's level Social Worker (LSW) – master's preferred – or LPC with LISW/LPCC licensure.
• Experience working with students and families strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• TEAM first.
• Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate evidence-based interventions per treatment plan.
• Complete MHAs, including accurate mental health diagnoses.
• Complete ITPs in collaboration with client.
• Complete timely and well-written documentation with progress notes signed daily or within 24 hours for billing.
