Job summary

North Homes Children and Family Services seeks a School-Based Mental Health Professional at Grand Rapids Middle School in Grand Rapids, MN. You will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to students within a day treatment setting, collaborating with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

The role supports emotional and behavioral health through trauma-informed interventions, with supervision for trainees and licensure pathways available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required in the licensure track.
• Current Minnesota licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP for licensed role.
• Clinical Trainee must be pursuing independent licensure with approved supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students in the day treatment program.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Complete assessments and coordinate with teachers and staff.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in supervision.
