Job summary
People Incorporated Mental Health Services in Crystal, MN is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to deliver school-based therapy at Forest Elementary School. You will develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with children and families, conduct individual and group sessions, and create treatment plans evaluated for effectiveness.
The role requires a Master's in behavioral sciences and experience with children, adolescents, and families.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences.
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
- Pursuing LP/LPCC/LMFT/LICSW license or supervision towards licensure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with children, parents, and other family members.
- Conduct individual therapy and, as needed, family and group therapies.
- Create and implement treatment plans and regularly evaluate their effectiveness.
