Job summary

Hampton City Schools seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to support health services at Andrews PK-8 School. You will screen, provide first aid, administer medications, and coordinate care under the Health Services Coordinator.

Requirements include Virginia LPN license, BLS, experience with school-age health issues, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time, 10-month position with immediate start.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct health screenings and assess student health needs
• Provide first aid and basic medical care under supervision
• Administer medications per physician orders
