Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous observation of the assigned student during school hours.
• Support chronic condition management and assist with care plans.
• Provide first aid and medication administration as prescribed.
• Document care and communicate with school teams.
• Accompany student during transportation and community activities as needed.
• Report significant changes to supervising RN and family.
