Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking licensed mental health professionals to cover maternity leave at two school placements in Naples and Immokalee, FL. The roles are in-person, school-based, with a 5-day work week and hours 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

Compensation ranges from $47–52+ per hour (W-2), based on experience. This temporary assignment supports high school students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following licenses: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT.
• No registered interns.
• Previous school-based or adolescent mental health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support and services to high school students
• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with school staff and other members of the student support team
• Maintain appropriate documentation and follow school and district procedures
• Provide services in accordance with professional standards and licensure requirements
