The position requires LPC/LCSW/LCP credentials and 2+ years of clinical experience.

The role involves individual, group, and family therapy, collaboration with families and school staff, and ongoing case management to connect students with community resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with LCSW, LPC, or LCP credentials.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience including counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Eligible or approved for MCO credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned clinical caseload providing individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, education, and support to students and families.
• Collaborate with families, school personnel, community providers, and other professionals to coordinate care and resources.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in the school-based behavioral health team.
