Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a school-based outpatient opportunity in Stuart, Virginia. This role offers predictable Monday–Friday hours, independent practice with Medical Director oversight, and care for students and school staff.

The compensation includes $54–$68 per hour with comprehensive benefits and professional support to enable autonomous, pediatric-focused care in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) REQUIRED.
• Active Virginia FNP License REQUIRED.
• Active DEA Registration REQUIRED.
• Ability to Practice Independently REQUIRED.
• Experience / Comfort Caring for Pediatric and Adolescent Populations REQUIRED.
• Ability to Provide Acute Outpatient Care REQUIRED.
• Confidence Performing Minor Procedures, Including Suturing REQUIRED.
• Ability to Work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM REQUIRED.
• Commitment to Community-Based Patient Care REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based outpatient medical care
• Evaluate and treat acute medical conditions
• Provide direct hands-on patient care
• Independently assess and manage patients
• Care for pediatric and adolescent populations
• Provide care to school-system staff
• Perform minor procedures, including suturing
• Coordinate with the Medical Director as appropriate
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide patient and family education
• Support community-based healthcare delivery
