Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a social service field, at least 1 year in human services, and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social service field is required.
• 1 year of successful experience in the human services field is required.
• Bilingual Spanish is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive needs and strength assessments with youth and families resulting in individualized service plans and goals.
• Consults with school staff and community agencies to provide comprehensive services and referrals.
• Provides ongoing social services and referrals, ensuring program goals are met.
• Maintains accurate documentation and timely data entry to support reporting.
• Manages funds in assigned budget categories and supports service plan goals.
• Assists with school and community events and translation services as needed.
