Job summary

EveryMind Inc in Montgomery County is seeking a part-time Bilingual Community Service Aide to support the Linkages to Learning program at Weller Road Elementary School in Silver Spring, MD. The role provides administrative and programmatic assistance to the Family Case Manager and Mental Health Therapist, with 20 hours weekly on-site Tue & Thu 8:30am–12pm and flexible hours the rest of the week.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish, possess a high school diploma and one year in a community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working in a community setting.
• Strong organizational and listening skills.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as initial point of access for families and informs them about LTL programs and services.
• Assists in locating resources to meet families' basic needs (food, clothing, housing).
• Supports after school, evening, summer programs, groups, and events; coordinates childcare for activities.
