Job summary

AOT, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide school-based therapy to students from preschool through 12th grade in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation.

This is a full-time, school-hours position with travel between districts. Applicants must hold a PA COTA license and graduate from an accredited OTA program; pediatric or school-based experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania COTA license.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK–12 students under OT supervision.
• Assist in implementing IEP goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success.
• Complete documentation, including progress notes and data collection.
• Support for IEP updates and reviews and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Travel between assigned school locations during the school day.
