Job summary

EDU-AIDs in Shelton, WA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time school-based role. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services to students, promoting their functional, academic, and social development.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree and a Washington COTA license, with experience in school settings preferred and strong collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OT assistant program.
• Current Washington State COTA license.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.

• Assist in adapting classroom activities and environments to meet students' needs.
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
