Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. This full-time, in-person role supports school-based therapy services and collaboration with teachers and families to help students succeed.

• Active Arizona COTA License
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What You'll Do
