Job summary

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to serve students in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The role supports an outstanding team with strong mentorship and a positive, child-centered environment.

The position offers full-time hours, collaboration with therapists and educators, and a sign-on bonus of $1,000. The COTA will deliver therapy under supervision, help students participate in classroom activities, and contribute to a supportive school

Qualifications

• Arkansas licensed COTA with a degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Preference for pediatric or school-based experience; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students per plan of care and IEP goals.
• Implement engaging, child-centered interventions to improve fine motor, visual motor, handwriting, and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success in school.
• Assist with classroom adaptations, environmental modifications, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
• Document treatment notes, Medicaid billing, and daily progress in the electronic system.
• Participate in team meetings with other therapists, educators, and families.
• Create engaging therapy sessions that promote confidence and independence.
