Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County in Loveland, CO, seeks a full-time Club Director for Lincoln Elementary Club to lead before/after-school programs, supervise staff, ensure safety and program quality, and foster strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and meet education/experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Club's operations and ensure physical and emotional safety of members, staff, and volunteers.
• Lead staff to host events, family nights, and educational activities.
• Plan, evaluate, and ensure program quality across club offerings.
• Serve as primary contact for parents/guardians and maintain relationships with community partners.
• Assist with food service following health/safety protocols.
• Coordinate Summer and school-day-out programming and site consolidations.
• Oversee membership enrollment and data accuracy; audits of tracking systems.
• Represent BGCLC at community events and support outreach to raise program visibility.
