Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking energetic, youth-focused individuals to join as a Child Care Group Leader for before and after school programs. You will lead engaging activities, support academic enrichment and healthy lifestyles, and model positive behavior in a dynamic setting.

The part-time, non-exempt role offers a pay rate of $16.00–$18.00/hour with morning and afternoon shifts, including before school and after school hours on weekdays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least three months (455 hours) of verified experience in the care and supervision of four or more children aged four or older (not related to the individual) or a current early childhood professional credential level I or higher.
• Prior experience working in an after-school setting is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing and leading a variety of fun and memorable after school programs in areas such as academic enrichment, good character & citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.
• Help ensure safety of Club members.
• Act as a mentor/role model for school aged youth.
