Job summary

BHSN, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Clinician to provide evidence-based individual, group, and family interventions entirely within school settings in Queensbury, NY.

This part-time role features a 1 day per week schedule (7:30-3:30) and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, PTO, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
• Must be able to work with children and families.
• Valid NY driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to coordinate services across different school services.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate families.

Responsibilities

• Engages child/family in a comprehensive assessment of strengths/needs of child and family.
• Develops treatment plans based on assessment of need.
• Provides individual, group, and family therapies.
• Facilitates crisis intervention services as clinically needed.
• Meets or exceeds 60% billable direct service.
• Completes collaborative documents as required by guidelines and policies.
• Collaborates with school personnel.
