Job summary

Adult & Child Health is hiring a School Based Clinical Evaluator to conduct comprehensive initial assessments for students seeking services in a school-based program. You will establish treatment plans, provisional diagnoses, and make referral recommendations within our services, while occasionally providing brief therapy and safety planning as needed.

This role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field and state licensure for the area.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.
  • State licensure required for location and practice area (LP/LCSW/LMSW, etc.) preferred or required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct screenings and initial assessments to determine service eligibility for students.
  • Establish treatment plans and provisional diagnoses; develop safety plans as needed.
  • Make referral recommendations within internal programs and community resources.
  • Provide brief therapy sessions and, when approved, clinical supervision to trainees.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in peer review and staff meetings.
  • Coordinate emergency services and follow-up care; monitor program outcomes.
