Through comprehensive initial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and collaborative treatment planning, the Evaluator helps guide clients toward the programs and resources best suited to their needs.This position involves conducting detailed assessments, establishing provisional diagnoses, recommending services within our continuum of care, and developing safety plans when necessary. Evaluators may also provide brief therapeutic interventions to support clients during the assessment process.
