Family Health Care is seeking a School-Based Mental Health Therapist to join our School-Based Health Center team at Baldwin Middle School in Baldwin, Michigan.

The role provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children and adolescents in a school setting, collaborating with medical providers for integrated care. This is a full-time, year-round position with a daytime schedule and no weekends or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current Michigan licensure as LMSW/LLMSW or LPC/LLPC or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to children and adolescents (ages 5–21) in a School-Based Health Center.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and interventions.
