Lynn Community Health Center seeks a Behavioral Health Manager for our School Based Health Center, 10 hours a week, to coordinate integrated care for adolescents. You will collaborate with school staff and healthcare teams to provide trauma-informed, culturally aware behavioral health services within a school setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling and an independent MA license (or pursuing licensure) with a few years of

• Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling.
• Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or pursuing licensure with minimum of 2 years' experience (LCSW, LISCW, LMHC, PsyD).
• Previous training and experience working in an integrated primary care behavioral health team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

• Work with team to ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Participate in program development.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Focus on participating in and developing programming focused on health behavior change in the context of chronic disease management.

Qualifications
