• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work.
• Experience in counseling or therapy for individuals or families.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess behavioral issues using established professional protocols and review history with the individual, family, and school personnel.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention/management plans.
• Collaborate with school personnel and other professionals on plan development and execution.
• Conduct counseling sessions for individuals and groups to achieve behavior goals.
• Work with the family to improve functioning and parenting skills.
• Advise on techniques and strategies to support intervention goals.
• Maintain and prepare case records in accordance with policies and confidentiality rules.
• Coordinate services across settings as appropriate.
