Job summary

Pacific Clinics’ School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) deliver tiered behavioral health services across school sites, community, and telehealth, within MTSS and PBIS frameworks. The role supports behavior specialists and coordinators, ensuring fidelity, documentation, and program policies across districts.

Under supervision, you will coach staff, complete assessments, attend IFSP/IEP/SST meetings, manage referrals, and ensure culturally competent, developmentally appropriate services reach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• At least two (2) years in a behavioral health clinical role.
• Strong skills in the implementation of behavior strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, consultation, social emotional supports, and direct individual and group behavior services to assigned customers.
• Provide oversight and management of Behavior Specialists and Associate Educational Clinical Coordinators.
• Provide direct intervention and necessary coverage for Behavior Specialists and Associate Educational Clinical Coordinators.
• Integrate feedback from leadership to deliver quality services that meet fidelity measures.
• Utilize data collection systems to support customer outcomes.
• Model and teach positive behavioral interventions and skill development plans.
