Job summary

Arisa Health, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) to join our school-based program at Gravette Upper Elementary. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and families in an educational setting and will contribute to comprehensive behavioral health services in the school environment.

This full-time, on-site position reports to the Program Manager. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required or strongly preferred
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide services to persons with mental illness as defined by the treatment plan, such as behavioral assistance and crisis stabilization.
• Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate client progress to the team.
• Provide timely and quality documentation of clinical services.
