URBAN HEALTH PLAN, INC. is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Manager (LCSW) to oversee daily behavioral health operations across school-based health centers, ensuring coverage, coordination, and compliance.

The role also supervises social workers and interns, provides clinical consultation, and partners with school staff to support student mental health services. Travel across the Bronx and Queens is required.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work and NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• 2-5 years of LCSW experience with children and youth with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong data management, reporting, and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the School Behavioral Health Program daily.
• Provide professional development and supervise Social Workers and interns.
• Provide individual supervision and clinical consultation to Social Workers (min 4 hours per month).
• Deliver individual therapy when a school social worker is unavailable.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation per DOE and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with directors and supervisors to ensure consistent processes and documentation.
