Urban Health Plan (UHP) seeks a School Behavioral Health Manager (LCSW) to oversee daily operations across school-based health centers. You will supervise social workers and interns, provide clinical consultation, and partner with school staff to support student mental health services.

The role emphasizes fidelity to the model while adapting to school needs, with travel across Bronx and Queens sites. Strong data skills and equity focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work required with NYS LCSW licensure.
• 2–5 years of LCSW experience with children/youth with behavioral challenges.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Commitment to equity, social justice, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day SBH program operations and coverage.
• Provide supervision and clinical consultation to Social Workers.
• Offer direct individual therapy as needed in schools.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation meeting DOE standards.
• Collaborate with DOE and school leadership to maintain referral pathways.
• Participate in crisis response and regional meetings.
