Urban Health Plan in the Bronx is seeking a Behavioral Health Manager (LCSW) to oversee Adult/Child Behavioral Health operations and drive clinical leadership. You will supervise front desk staff, coordinate patient flow, and ensure documentation and payroll processes are managed efficiently.

The role requires an LCSW with 1-2 years clinic experience, strong teamwork, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work and NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• 1-2 years of related experience in clinic-based setting, with exposure to supervising other employees and administrative management.
• Team-work driven approach and exemplary communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the clinical prowess to address complex patient needs.
• Empathy, kindness, and patience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall Behavioral Health Department-Adult/Child Services operations including registration, patient flow, discharge, appointments, and referrals.
• Supervise front office and support staff for receptionist, appointment scheduling and outreach.
• Provide professional development to front desk staff to strengthen operational skills and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure appropriate departmental staffing and coverage at all times.
• Oversee collaboration with nursing to supervise Medical Assistants and documentation.
• Conduct payroll/timesheet approvals for Behavioral Health Associates.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new Behavioral Health providers/associates.
• Coordinate referrals and higher level of care connections for new patients.
