Responsibilities

• Implement Tier 2 behavioral health interventions for students.
• Collaborate with Student Assistance Teams and educators to support student success.
• Provide behavioral health observations and identify students in need of additional support.
• Deliver brief interventions and skill-building activities.
• Coordinate referrals to FCCBH services and engage families in care planning.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, CARF, and DMH requirements.
