Job summary

Humboldt NeuroHealth seeks an ECS Clinician to deliver embedded behavioral health services to students within Eureka City Schools. This full-time, year-round role provides direct therapy and crisis intervention while partnering with administrators, teachers, families, and community partners to support student success.

The position follows a fixed schedule, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., onsite in Eureka. Responsibilities include MTSS participation, documentation, safety planning, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent.
• Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Experience in school-based behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual behavioral health assessments and ongoing therapy for students.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable treatment goals.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, safety plans, releases of information).
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Attend MTSS meetings and collaborate with school staff and families.
