Job summary

ISO Workforce Alliance is hiring a School-Based Mental Health Clinician (ERMHS) to join a supportive school team in Sonora, California. You’ll provide counseling and mental health support to students to help them succeed socially, emotionally, and academically.

The role includes individual and small-group counseling, collaboration with teachers, families, school psychologists, and Special Education teams, and participation in IEP and student-support meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LEP, or other district-approved qualification.
• Interest in working with children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and mental health support to students who need help succeeding socially, emotionally, and academically.

ISO Workforce Alliance is hiring a School-Based Mental Health Clinician (ERMHS) to join a supportive school team in beautiful Sonora, California.

If you’re an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LEP, or other qualified California mental health professional who enjoys working with children and teens, we’d love to talk with you. Previous ERMHS experience is a plus, but you don’t necessarily need to have “ERMHS Clinician” on your résumé.

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide counseling and mental health support to students who need a little extra help succeeding socially, emotionally, and academically.

Your day may include:

What We’re Looking For

• School, pediatric, behavioral health, or Special Education experience is a plus
