Job summary

COMHAR Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Per Diem Behavioral Consultant to deliver individualized behavioral support and therapeutic services to children, youth, and young adults within IBHS programs.

The role involves home, school, and community settings, implementing treatment plans, promoting positive behavior, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling.
• ABA service experience with supervision or BCBA credential preferred.
• Licensure preferred (BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a client-specific behavioral modification plan.
• Conduct initial assessments within 15 days of service initiation.
• Observe clients in school, home, or community settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide monthly peer reviews with a licensed psychologist.
• Revise intervention plans as needed.
• Ensure paperwork guidelines are followed according to CASSP principles.
