Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Behavior Technician to support educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs in Barstow, CA. You will work with school staff and behavior specialists to implement goals and participate in assessments.

Requirements include a high school diploma, pediatric experience preferred, CPR if applicable, TB screening if applicable, and compliance with laws. This contract role offers weekly pay and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs.
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
