Amergis is hiring a Behavior Technician to support educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs in school settings. The position is contract-based and part-time, offering flexible hours and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities include supporting learning objectives, coordinating with teachers and clinicians, and ensuring compliance with safety and health requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs.
• Collaborate with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
