Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide school-based behavioral support to students in a local school district in Atglen, PA for the 2026–2027 school year. Elementary and secondary caseloads are available to support students' daily experiences and development in the classroom.

Responsibilities include assisting students with routines, developing independence, supporting communication and social skills, monitoring progress, and documenting observations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with students and school personnel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
• Required child abuse, state, and federal clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with following classroom routines, activities, and independence.
• Help students develop communication, coping, and social skills.
• Monitor student behavior and document observations and daily activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to maintain a structured learning environment.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, and time management in daily duties.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
