Job summary

Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) in Carlsbad, California is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Positions available are school-based, supporting students during the school day.

We offer both school-based and home/clinic-based positions to fit your schedule and career goals.

Available Positions

1. School Schedule RBT

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Setting: School-based position supporting students during the school day
• Role: Work directly in classrooms under the supervision of teachers and BCBAs to implement behavior intervention plans, support learning, and foster social and emotional development.
