Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Atlantic City area. The role involves conducting functional behavioral assessments, designing and supervising behavior analytic interventions, and collaborating with school personnel.

The position is full-time, exempt, with base compensation in the $80,000–$86,000 range plus a performance-based bonus. Final compensation depends on hours, experience, certification status, and location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA Certification and NJ LBA Licensure.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Proven ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and create programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with instructional treatment team.
• Provide consultation with school personnel and administrators.
• Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings.
• Provide interactive behavioral solutions to minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Develop a functional, individualized behavioral program.
• Provide direct training and supervision to clinical support team.
