Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a School Based BCBA to join a network of districts across Massachusetts for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. The role focuses on student-centered behavior support within school teams and requires collaboration with educators, families, and related services.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and provide supervision to RBTs while ensuring BACB standards. Flexibility in assignments and schedules is offered to align with school hours.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with the BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required/active in MA.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in school or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs from assessment data.
• Collaborate with special education teams and staff to implement supports.
• Train and coach school staff in behavior strategies and data collection.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
• Analyze data to guide intervention planning and monitor progress.
• Provide supervision to RBTs ensuring BACB standards.
