Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support local school districts with ABA-based services. The role includes clinical oversight, behavioral assessments, treatment planning, parent education, and supervision of RBTs, ensuring safe, data-driven progress for students.

The position offers a flexible schedule with late afternoons/evenings/weekends and options for remote or hybrid work when approved, in a school-based setting within Maryland.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health experience; school-based ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client treatment goals using ABA methodologies and data-driven interventions.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans; educate parents/caregivers.
• Monitor and graph behavioral data; identify trends for treatment modifications.
