Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Current National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification & Missouri State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze student progress and recommend supports.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and agencies.
• Communicate with parents about student progress.
• Serve as a resource for behavioral management strategies.
• Provide training on behavior management and ABA techniques.
• Support staff in implementing behavioral plans.
