• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and interventions.
• Provide staff training on behavior management and ABA practices.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation and data systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field

BCBA certification

Missouri State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

Master's degree in ABA (preferred)
