Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and PA LBS license.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Active clearances (criminal background checks).

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs within school settings.
• Develop BSPs to guide interventions.
• Consult with school teams to align goals.
• Support staff training and implementation.
• Analyze behavioral data to inform decisions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and planning.
