Behavior Interventions, Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lancaster County, PA to support families with ABA services. Flexible full-time and part-time positions available.

You will perform assessments, program design, and ongoing supervision in home, school, and clinic settings. Strong clinical support, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative environment help you grow.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience developing ABA programs for children and adolescents.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work afternoons/evenings (3–4 times/week) and travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral assessment and intervention based on ABA.
• Maintain clinical documentation and program development in company systems.
• Deliver supervision and coaching to team members as needed.
• Collaborate with families, schools and clinics to implement programs.
