Job summary

The position entails conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavioral Intervention Plans while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians. Candidates must have BCBA certification and be licensed through MA DESE.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is mandatory.
• Licensed through MA DESE required.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and observations.
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems.
• Provide in-class support and staff training.
