Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing BIPs in school settings.

Responsibilities

• Observe students and classrooms to identify behavioral needs and plan interventions.
• Develop, implement, monitor FBAs and BIPs to promote positive outcomes.
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and educational teams on behavior management.
