The role offers a manageable caseload with on-site BCBA support, a daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, and opportunities for professional development. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification with a relevant master's degree.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Team player who enjoys problem-solving and supporting students and educators.
• School experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and fellow BCBAs.
• Provide behavior consultation, staff coaching, and training.
• Support and supervise RBTs as needed.
• Help students build meaningful skills and succeed in the classroom.
