Job summary

E.L. Haynes Public Charter School is seeking a dynamic school-based Behavior Analyst to provide ABA-based assessment and intervention across PreK3–12, collaborating with mental health practitioners, student support teams, and teachers.

This full-time role reports to the Managing Director of Student Support Services and offers a starting salary aligned with district scales. The BCBA will develop behavior plans, train staff, supervise ABA Technicians, and contribute to a Whole Child Model focused

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and behavior support plan development.
• Experience analyzing data and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Experience supervising paraprofessionals implementing ABA-based treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional behavioral assessments and behavior plans for general and special education students.
• Review and update behavior intervention plans using data analysis and schedule meetings with parents and staff.
• Train school staff in evidence-based behavior interventions and data collection tools.
• Collaborate with school teams to support IEP goals, MTSS, and student LRE placements.
• Supervise ABA technicians and provide professional development and coaching.
