Job summary

E.L. Haynes Public Charter School is seeking a dynamic school-based behavior analyst to provide behavioral analysis and intervention support for students from PreK3 through 12. The BCBA will work with school mental health staff, student support teams, leaders, and teachers to implement a tiered behavior support model and develop behavior plans.

Starting salary is $79,639 to $94,576. This full-time role requires collaboration, data-driven decision making, and professional development of staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans.
• Experience supervising paraprofessionals in ABA settings.
• Experience in urban public school systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior plans for students.
• Provide staff training on ABA interventions and data collection methods.
• Collaborate with school teams, families, and administrators to implement behavior supports.
• Monitor progress and adjust behavior plans based on data and outcomes.
• Prepare reports and participate in IEP/RTI processes as needed.
• Travel to multiple school sites for observations and program recommendations.
