Job summary

Clinton CUSD in Illinois is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person services 10 hours per week within the school setting. The role includes assessments, observations, IEP meetings, and development of Behavior Intervention Plans, with data collection and staff training responsibilities.

Applicants should hold a BCBA certification, master’s in ABA or related field, and have experience with autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and licensure.
  • Experience with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral interventions.
  • Ability to relocate or travel to office location; in-person required.
  • Ability to work in the US; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Writes assessment reports and behavior support recommendations.
  • Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Writes Behavior Intervention Plans and develops data collection forms.
  • Trains staff in ABA strategies and monitors implementation.
  • Supports IEP meetings and coordinates with school teams.
  • Maintains HIPAA compliance and quality standards.
  • Coordinates with Special Education Coordinator and central office staff.
