Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New York. The role focuses on developing and implementing ABA-based treatment plans for individuals with autism and other behavioral challenges, while collaborating with families and school staff to support progress.

You will conduct assessments, design interventions, monitor outcomes, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

BCBA certification required.
Experience with autism or behavioral challenges desirable.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
Ability to work in a team while exercising independent decision-making.
Background in special education or patient care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
Implement evidence-based ABA interventions to promote positive behavior change.
Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to implement strategies.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical and educational documentation.
Provide training and supervision to staff on behavioral therapy techniques.
Stay current with developments in behavioral health and related fields.
Participate in school-based team meetings and CSE meetings.
