Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in school settings. You will conduct evaluations, develop interventions, write reports, and base services on IEPs/504 plans.

You will also supervise and train RBTs and collaborate with teams, families, and schools to improve outcomes for children. PDS offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BCBA

As a BCBA you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. Setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career!

You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans. Conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention. You will also supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
